Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wild Run is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
